Here is your chance to have a say in the doll design process every step of the way!

There will be 5 voting phases in this contest. At the end of the contest we will be giving away the doll you helped design to 3 lucky winners! 

Winner will be chosen via random.org and must have participated in every phase of the contest. 

The winners and the final doll will be announced on our Facebook page August 20th.

July 17-22 - You will help us choose the type of doll we will develop.

We are so excited for all the fun activities around town in Cali! The 4th is all about fun, friends and FIREWORKS! But let's not forget about the meaning behind the 4th of July, the day in which the USA celebrates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence.

Paradise Galleries Collector Interview - Frances Hills

 At Paradise Galleries we love our doll collectors and want to showcase some of their amazing collections! 

We would like to share another passionate doll collector with you today, Frances Hills.  

 
Frances' Doll Story!
Frances' loves collecting dolls, her first collector doll was from a small doll shop in Solvang, CA that her husband bought for her on their honeymoon in 1990. She instantly feel in love with dolls and her passion for them grew. Ever since then she has been an avid collector.
 
"My mother in law was the one who told me about Paradise Galleries, years and years ago", says Frances. Ever since Frances heard about Paradise Galleries she has loved collecting our dolls. "They are all so very beautiful", says Frances. 

"The picture of the doll with the yellow teddy bear has a lot of sentimental value to me because my mom bought me that doll for my birthday. This doll was the last birthday gift I got from her before she passed away." says Frances.

 

Frances has bought several dolls from Paradise Galleries and is very pleased with her purchases, she keeps them out for display in her home for everyone to see! : )

 

 

Frances bought dolls that she thinks represents all of her children. "I bought the fireman doll because my oldest son always wanted to be a fireman, since he was 3 years old...he is now 19 and when I saw that doll, I just fell in love with him" says Frances. She bought Always A Little Lady and named her Melissa for her daughter and the doll wearing the white baseball cap and the Tigger bib for her son and named him Matthew. She even dressed her Matthew doll in the same outfit her son wore home from the hospital. What a fun honor to give you children, they will be your babies forever!

I ordered her 1 week ago, she is here so very very very very fast shipping my Ashton Drake took 13 days!!! I love her. Her name is 'Brooklyn Hiland' she is perfect not 1 thing is bad she is great!!!!!!!! I can't believe how life-like she is! Everything you need for a real baby a bed, diapers, wipes she is more spolied than anything in this world!!!!!!!!! I really recommend her!!!

Am getting this doll for Christmas and I am 11 years old. I think Sarah is a good name. My mom and I both like the doll and we both think she is very cute. I just hope if you hold her in your arms she is gonna be perfect.

This doll is so beautiful! I have taken it out before and people have mistaken it for a real baby! It fits in 3 month clothing or some newborn. I loved how it has full legs. It has gorgeous hair and beautiful brown eyes. I love the rooted eyelashes! This doll feels just like a real baby and I really recommend it! I named the doll Madison. It is just a little bit lighter in real life. I think this doll is so gorgeous and I love her to pieces! :-)

OMG this doll is wonderful I named her Joelle Carmella but I just call her Carmella I have more than 10 outfits for her and I take her everywhere except school I am only 10 years old and I love her I sleep with her I push her in a real baby stroller and I am getting a new one in a few days I got her on February 2 2012 so she is only 2 months old and will be three on may 2nd here is what she like she like her giraffe that she sleeps with every night her bottle that I fill up every time she finishes it changing her clothes being at the park and swinging on the swing and going down the slide she likes sleeping and her special blanket she is an amazing doll I just cannot bear losing her even my BFF Anna loves it. Joelle Carmella will always be my favorite doll no matter what I even bring her to the birthday parties I go to.

Paradise Galleries Collector Interview - Cici Vang

At Paradise Galleries we love our doll collectors and want to showcase some of their amazing collections! Our first Paradise Galleries collector interview was conducted with Cici Vang.  
 
Cici's Doll Story!
Cici's love for dolls started during her childhood, as she comes from a family of 12 children. Her parents worked hard on a farm and they provided for the children with only necessities in mind, just enough for all the children to get by, they couldn’t really afford anything extra.
 
"As a young girl, with an avid imagination I used to dream about my own secret doll house. I would imagine dolls of every shape and size lining up on the shelves, one after another like books in a library. And because I was so fascinated with books too, my reality of owning any dolls at that age was by means only through my imagination and through the books I read", says Cici. 

Cici has been collecting dolls since her late teens and over the years her love and joy for dolls became her passion. Ever since she found Paradise Galleries she has and saw our Tall Dreams Ensemble doll she fell in love!

"Tall Dreams was my very first Paradise Galleries doll purchase and I have not been disappointed since. Her features are realistic with the detailed facial expression, a weighted body, and the soft gentle touch vinyl skin; she was of such great quality, I wanted more of these adorable babies to add to my collection" says Cici.
